We currently deliver across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information through WhatsApp. You can also track it any time on our Track order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available where offered at checkout.
